City planners explore mixed-use development opportunities in Cherry Hill trailer park area

During the recent Planning Commission meeting held on January 28, 2025, in Fruit Heights, Davis County, significant discussions emerged regarding potential developments in the area, particularly focusing on the use of land currently designated for trailer parks and commercial spaces.
