On February 11, a sushi-making workshop will take place at the Doral Cultural Arts Center at 6 PM, welcoming participants of all ages, though children must be accompanied by an adult.
The following day, February 12, will see a council meeting at both 10 AM and 6 PM at the Doral Government Center, providing residents an opportunity to stay informed about local governance. Additionally, a Spanish story time session with author Lismart Marcano will occur at 4:30 PM, celebrating themes of love and friendship.
Later on February 12, a love vision board and bouquet workshop will be held at 6:30 PM, alongside a full moon yoga class at Doral Blades Park starting at 7:30 PM, promoting community wellness.
On February 13, the Doral Vendor and Business Fair will take place at 9 AM, aimed at fostering connections between local vendors and the city. An embroidery workshop, "Art After Dark: Valentine's Ditch and Sparkle," will also be offered at noon.
Valentine's Day, February 14, will feature a cookie decorating workshop at noon and a romantic nature celebration at Royal Glades Park starting at 6 PM, which includes a nature walk and movie night.
The city will observe Presidents' Day on February 17, closing the government center. On February 19, a Turkish ceramic painting workshop will be held at 6 PM, alongside a community workshop discussing roadway improvements for Lehi Drive.
The month will continue with a bachata music event on February 20 at 6:30 PM, followed by the opening reception for the 2025 International Women's Art Exhibit on February 21 at 6 PM. The exhibit will run until March 10.
On February 22, the Miami Symphony Orchestra will perform at Doral Central Park at 4:30 PM. The month will conclude with a celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday on February 27 at 4:30 PM and an interactive art class for kids on February 28 at 4:30 PM, followed by an outdoor screening of the movie "Wicked."
