LaSalle City Council approves PACE program and wastewater improvements funding

The La Salle City Council convened on February 4, 2025, to discuss several key ordinances aimed at enhancing community infrastructure and supporting local development. Among the most significant decisions was the approval of an ordinance establishing a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. This initiative allows property owners to finance energy-efficient upgrades, such as installing energy-efficient windows and furnaces, through special assessments.
