Sugar Grove Economic Development Corporation hosts sold-out State of the Village event

During the February 4, 2025, Board Meeting, officials celebrated the partnership between GMX Real Estate and local landowner Michael Graham, who is spearheading the project. In addition to the Starbucks news, the Sugar Grove Economic Development Corporation announced that its annual State of the Village event is sold out, with a record turnout of 176 attendees and 19 sponsors.
