The meeting continued with the Sunset Ridge Manor Subdivision, owned by Sunset Ridge LLC, located at 42800 Dusty Lane in Hollywood. This project encompasses 16 acres and seeks preliminary approval for a total of 23 lots.
Another major subdivision discussed was the Estates of Joy Chapel, owned by Mark G. Dillo and Joan M. Dillo Trust. This subdivision is located on 33.87 acres along 3 Notch Road in Hollywood, with a request for review and approval of 25 lots.
Lastly, the commission addressed a request for the establishment of an Agricultural Land Preservation District for Laningham Farms LLC. This property, located at 15942 Charles Davis Lane in Clements, spans 30.31 acres. The action requested involves a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for approval of the proposed Agricultural Land Preservation District (ALPD).
