Water quality team demonstrates in-house bacteria sampling procedures

During a recent meeting, the Village of Tequesta officials discussed the critical procedures for testing water quality, emphasizing the importance of maintaining safe drinking water for residents. The process involves collecting bacteria samples from various sources, including distribution systems and wells, to ensure public health is safeguarded.

Officials explained that samples are taken monthly from 17 different locations, including distribution systems and reverse osmosis wells.
