San Bernardino launches Love Your Block initiative and celebrates local businesses

A major infrastructure project, the Mount Vernon Bridge, is on track for completion this summer, with significant progress reported. Additionally, the council approved a $13.8 million renovation of Second Lake Park, set to commence on March 3, which will enhance various park facilities and amenities.

The meeting concluded with plans for a renaming ceremony of a local post office in honor of Dr. Margaret Hill, a respected community leader, scheduled for February 28. This renaming was made possible through federal legislation signed by President Biden.
