Tracy residents call for expanded animal shelter and veterinary services amid rising pet issues

"If we can take and want to build an aquatic park with hundreds of millions of dollars, why can’t we take care of these animals?" she questioned, emphasizing the urgent need for a more robust animal shelter and support system in Tracy.

Kelly Moran, a volunteer with local rescue groups, echoed these sentiments, sharing her struggles with the limited capacity of spay and neuter clinics.
