Established in 2010, the clubhouse focuses on enhancing the lives of its members through social connectivity and skill development. Harmon emphasized the importance of community and the various programs offered, including wellness activities, vocational training, and GED preparation. She reported an employment rate of 52% among members, showcasing the effectiveness of their approach in fostering independence and job readiness.

He praised the clubhouse for its structured environment that promotes collaboration and skill-building, which ultimately aids members in reentering the workforce. Hanson expressed gratitude for the ongoing support from the community and invited the commissioners to visit the clubhouse for breakfast and culinary lessons, highlighting the new teaching kitchen that will further enhance job opportunities in the food industry.
Following the presentations, Commissioner Maria Hernandez acknowledged the impactful work of the clubhouse and encouraged fellow commissioners to attend the upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for February 28 at 10 AM. The meeting concluded with a commitment to fostering a strong partnership between the city and Footprint to Success, reinforcing the organization's role within the Pembroke Pines community.
