Marshall Ford announced its commitment to a "remote experience" program, which includes complimentary pickup and delivery of vehicles for maintenance and repairs.

The program is designed to assist those who may struggle to visit the dealership, particularly seniors who prefer to avoid travel during extreme weather conditions. Marshall Ford's representative highlighted that the dealership will pick up vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces, perform necessary services, and return the vehicles—all at no charge.

In addition to the pickup and delivery service, Marshall Ford is introducing a mobile unit capable of handling various tasks, including recalls, battery services, and software updates. This mobile service aims to further accommodate residents who may have difficulty accessing traditional dealership services.

The initiative reflects a significant investment of $200,000 by Marshall Ford, with plans to expand the mobile service in the coming months. The program is expected to greatly benefit the local community, particularly the elderly population, by providing convenient and accessible vehicle maintenance options.
