West Palm Beach announces road closures for Palm Beach International Boat Show preparation

The City of West Palm Beach held a podcast session on February 25, 2025, to discuss upcoming road and dock closures related to the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The event is scheduled to take place from March 19 to March 23, 2025, with specific hours for each day. The show will open on March 19 from 12 PM to 7 PM, and from March 20 to March 22, it will run from 10 AM to 7 PM, concluding on March 23 at 5 PM.

In preparation for the boat show, several road closures will be implemented. The northbound lanes of Flagler Drive, from Lakeview to Fern, will be closed from 7 AM to 6 PM on March 3 and 4. Following this, the closures will expand northward to Banyan, with northbound Flagler Drive closing from 6 AM on March 5 until 6 PM on March 26. Additionally, southbound lanes of Flagler Drive will close starting March 15 at 3 PM and remain closed until March 26. Motorists are advised to avoid Flagler Drive completely between Lakeview and Banyan during this period.

The city docks at Fern and Clematis will also be closed from March 3 through March 31 due to the event.
