Officer Rab arrests man for public urination at Atlanta airport

On February 3, 2025, Officer Edward Rab was dispatched to the atrium of Hartsville Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Clayton County, Georgia, following reports of a defendant urinating on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, Officer Rab was flagged down by a caller who indicated that the defendant was seated at a table in the atrium.

Officer Rab approached the individual and inquired if he had urinated outside moments earlier, to which the defendant admitted. Subsequently, the officer detained the defendant and transported him to the precinct for further processing.

During the investigation, Officer Rab checked the defendant's records and discovered a criminal trespass warning issued on September 29, 2024, under case number 24273825. Based on this information, the defendant was placed into custody due to the circumstances surrounding the incident.
