Poonam Patel, the South Carolina community affairs manager for Scout Motors, introduced Oliver Wolinski, the new chief production officer, who detailed the company's ambitious plans. Scout Motors is investing over $2 billion in the Blythewood facility, which is expected to create approximately 10,000 jobs, including 4,000 direct positions and an additional 5,500 jobs with local suppliers.
