City Council prioritizes Old Nashville and Sand Hill road projects for improvement

During the recent La Vergne Board of Mayor and Aldermen workshop, city officials discussed critical road improvement projects aimed at enhancing local infrastructure and addressing community concerns. A significant focus was placed on Old Nashville Highway and Sand Hill Road, both of which have been identified as high-priority areas in need of immediate attention.

City representatives noted that many roads previously classified as public are actually private, prompting a reevaluation of the city's road maintenance strategy.
