Savannah City Council approves radar updates and new public safety technology

Savannah City Council has taken significant steps to enhance public safety and community services during its recent workshop meeting on February 28, 2025. Among the key decisions made, the council approved updates to the radar authorization for speed limits, ensuring compliance with the Georgia Department of Transportation's revised regulations.
