On October 30, a special magistrate hearing will take place, followed by a city council meeting on November 4. The community can also enjoy the Jack's Beach Classic Car Cruise and the Out of the Darkness Community Walk at the Seawalk Pavilion, both scheduled for October 22 and October 26, respectively.
