Meadows Elementary prioritizes student literacy through innovative teaching methods

In the heart of Millbrae, the Meadows Elementary School community gathered to celebrate a year of growth and collaboration during the recent MESD Board Meeting. Principal Lucas, alongside dedicated staff members, highlighted the school’s commitment to enhancing literacy and fostering a sense of belonging among students.

The initiative includes providing take-home books and engaging classroom activities, such as transforming a corner of the classroom into a bear café, where students can immerse themselves in storytelling.
