Napa Valley Tourism Improvement District renewal garners support from local business leaders

Merchant suggested that smaller businesses in Calistoga often feel overlooked in marketing efforts and proposed that Visit Napa Valley consider having a representative based locally to better understand and promote these smaller enterprises.

The council concluded the meeting with a commitment to consider the feedback received and to discuss the renewal of the NVTID further in future sessions. The discussions underscored the critical role of tourism in Calistoga's economy and the need for ongoing dialogue between local businesses and tourism management entities.
