New city clerk honors legacy of Jeanette Martin and Frances Henriques in Tampa

During the 28th Annual Women's History Month Celebration in Tampa, a heartfelt tribute was paid to the late Jeanette Martin, the first Black and first Black woman city clerk of Tampa, who passed away recently.
