Due to this conflict, the council decided to withdraw the property from the sale to resolve the ownership dispute. Sitla confirmed their claim to the land, and discussions are ongoing to clear the title through a quitclaim deed.

Another property, previously withdrawn from last year's sale, was unsold this year and has now reverted to county ownership. The council is exploring potential uses for this property, located above Park City Heights.

The third property sold during the auction faced complications when the winning bidder failed to complete the payment. The county has since contacted the second highest bidder, who has agreed to purchase the property at a slightly lower price.

The council is seeking ratification of the property sale results, including the adjustments made due to the ownership conflict and the change in the status of the third property.
