Fifth Grader Jonathan Navarro Shares Exley Elementary Experiences at School Board Meeting

Under the bright lights of the Katy ISD Board of Education meeting, a sense of pride and community filled the air as fifth grader Jonathan Navarro from Exley Elementary took center stage.
