The Liberty at Lincoln Clubhouse project is set to transform community recreation in Lincoln, California, with plans for a state-of-the-art facility that includes a 7,000 square foot main building and a 1,100 square foot pool house. During the recent Planning Commission meeting, Assistant Planner Mikayla Noble presented the design review application, highlighting the clubhouse's extensive amenities, which will feature indoor dining, a multipurpose room, a game room, gym facilities, and outdoor spaces including a swimming pool, sports courts, and a dog park.
Located at the future intersection of Ferrari Ranch Road and Central Boulevard, the clubhouse is designed to serve as a central hub for the Liberty at Lincoln community. The project aligns with the Village 7 specific plan, which designates the site for community use, and has received positive feedback from the Design Review Board, which recommended its approval.
The clubhouse aims to enhance local recreational offerings and is expected to provide 98 parking stalls to accommodate visitors. The design incorporates neutral tones and architectural features that reflect the community's aesthetic guidelines, ensuring it will be a welcoming addition to the area.
Commissioners raised questions about pedestrian access and the integration of nearby parks, with assurances from the applicant that trail connections and sidewalks will facilitate easy access to the clubhouse. Construction is anticipated to begin this summer, with hopes to complete the facility by next summer, coinciding with the arrival of new residents in the area.
This project represents a significant investment in community infrastructure, promising to enrich the quality of life for Lincoln residents and foster a sense of community through shared recreational spaces.
