City staff, including Morgan Huffman and Thomas Avant, successfully sought additional funding from the state, allowing the council to amend the agenda to include several important items. These included a resolution to accept a clean water state revolving loan offer, a budget amendment for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, and a capital project ordinance for the Range Road pump station upgrade.
