Mayor Kearns outlines facilities update and Top Of The Hill site plans

The Grandview Heights Recreation Services and Public Facilities Committee convened on March 10, 2025, to discuss significant updates regarding the city's facilities, particularly focusing on the "Top Of The Hill" site.
