Palo Alto Planning Commission updates public comment rules for clarity and consistency

The Planning and Transportation Commission of Palo Alto made significant strides in streamlining public participation during its March 12, 2025, meeting. The commission voted unanimously to update procedural rules, establishing a consistent public comment time of five minutes, which can be reduced to two minutes at the discretion of the chair.
