Under the bright lights of city hall, Development Director Jody Kugler presented the major site plan for Baron Business Park, a project that aims to introduce 135 single-story flex warehouse units across a sprawling 20.35-acre site.
The proposed park, located at 2601 Southeast Willoughby Boulevard, is designed to accommodate a total of 235,205 square feet of office space alongside 211,680 square feet of warehouse space. Additionally, a secondary access route via Hope Road will be established for emergency vehicles, enhancing safety and accessibility.
The design of the buildings will incorporate architectural features such as canvas awnings, decorative light fixtures, and ornamental elements, all while adhering to the city’s aesthetic guidelines.
