The City of Parlier welcomed four new police officers during a recent government meeting, expanding its law enforcement team to 18 officers dedicated to community safety. This addition reflects the city’s commitment to enhancing public safety and building a stronger police presence.
Among the new recruits is Officer George Ubedietta, a seasoned law enforcement professional with 15 years of experience across multiple agencies. Ubedietta, a devoted family man, is recognized for his versatility and commitment to serving the community. His extensive background includes roles as a field training officer and gang liaison, making him a valuable asset to the Parlier Police Department.
Another addition, Officer Daisy Toscano, brings a fresh perspective to the force. A California native and graduate of the police academy in 2021, Toscano is passionate about public safety and enjoys engaging with the community during her off days. Her previous experience at Table Mountain Casino adds to her qualifications as a team player.
Officer Jesus Corona, who has two years of experience with another agency, is eager to learn and grow within the department. His enthusiasm and commitment to law enforcement have already made a positive impression on his colleagues.
Lastly, Officer Angela Sandoval returns to the department after previously serving as the first female sergeant. With a wealth of experience as a military veteran and investigator for the state of California, Sandoval is poised to inspire future generations while enhancing community relations.
The addition of these officers not only strengthens the police force but also underscores the city’s ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of its residents. As the department continues to grow, community members can expect a more robust approach to public safety and engagement.
