Mitch Stenger reveals plans for Blackout Tint Detail growth in Warren

Warren City Council welcomed local entrepreneur Mitch Dinger during its regular meeting on March 17, 2025, where he presented his business, Blackout Tint Detail. Dinger, a lifelong resident of Warren, shared his journey from a detail technician to the owner of a successful mobile and on-location detailing service, which officially opened in June 2023.

Dinger emphasized his commitment to providing exceptional detailing and window tinting services, aiming to exceed customer expectations. His business quickly gained traction, completing 366 transactions in 2024 alone, with a significant portion related to automotive window film sales. He noted that over 650 vehicles have received window tint services, reflecting a growing demand in the community.

Looking ahead, Dinger announced plans for a new state-of-the-art facility at 1705 Pennsylvania Avenue, which will enhance his service offerings and customer experience. This facility will include specialized areas for detailing and window film installations, addressing the current limitations of his leased space. The project is in its early stages, with a projected build date of 2026.

Additionally, Dinger introduced a fleet service program targeting corporate clients and individuals with multiple vehicles. This subscription-based service will offer exclusive pricing and flexible scheduling to maintain vehicle appearance and condition.
