In fact, it was noted that if the building were to be converted to regular retail use, it could generate five times the traffic compared to the proposed pickleball operation.

Madison Walls, representing the Ace Pickleball corporate team, provided insights into the company’s vision, which emphasizes community engagement and the creation of a welcoming environment for pickleball enthusiasts. The concept originated in 2020, and the company aims to establish 15 clubs nationwide by the end of the year, with 25 locations currently operational.
