This includes providing access to essential tools such as computers, smart boards, tablets, and mobile devices, all integrated with specialized software and virtual reality technology.

The training approach will allow participants to practice essential skills through simulated job interviews, social interactions, and conflict resolution scenarios. By capturing video and audio recordings of these interactions, trainers can provide feedback and help improve the trainees' skills, ultimately guiding them toward meaningful employment and greater independence.
