Frank Barbuti, who joined the county in January 2003, has a passion for parks and recreation, inspired by his childhood experiences. Jeffrey Lisonbee, a firefighter with 25 years of experience, shared his motivation for helping the community and recalled significant incidents from his career, including a major fire event. Lastly, Elizabeth Lemon, who has been with the county since 1988, transitioned from a secretary to a development review planner and has received accolades for her public service.
