Billy Mitchell Elementary celebrates fifth grader Elias Martinez during school board meeting

During the recent Board Meeting of the Lawndale Elementary School District, a highlight was the heartfelt introduction of fifth grader Elias Martinez from Billy Mitchell Elementary School.
