Key milestones include the installation of windows, plumbing, and fire alarms, all of which have been completed ahead of schedule. The project, budgeted at $14.3 million, will also relocate preschool services from Winchester Trail to Indian Trail, creating a cohesive pre-K to grade school environment focused on literacy.

Despite some weather-related delays affecting outdoor work, the construction team remains optimistic, with a projected completion date of mid-July. Board members expressed confidence that the project will meet its deadline, allowing for a smooth transition for incoming kindergarten families. Plans are in place to invite families for a walkthrough of the new facilities before the school year begins.
