School District recommends Wit and Wisdom for new English language arts curriculum

The estimated costs for implementing the Witten Wisdom program are around $325,000, which includes print materials and professional development. In contrast, the EL Education program, while offering free online resources, requires a significant investment in print materials and professional development, totaling approximately $466,000.

As the meeting progressed, Spinner highlighted the importance of vertical alignment in the curriculum, explaining how standards build upon one another from grade to grade.
