Fuquay Varina awards David Ball for revitalizing downtown with The Q project

The Fuquay Varina Board of Commissioners meeting on March 24, 2025, celebrated a significant milestone for the town with the recognition of "The Q," a groundbreaking mixed-use development that recently won the 2024 North Carolina Main Street Award for economic vitality. This ambitious project, spearheaded by local entrepreneurs David Ball and Bridal McCormick, represents a $10 million investment in the town and has created 40 new jobs.

The project not only increased the tax base but also spurred the development of six new businesses, significantly boosting property values and rental rates in the area.
