Saint Charles City Council approves outdoor dining agreement with Pollyanna Brewing Company

The meeting further included discussions on awarding contracts for streetlight maintenance and LED upgrades, with Mead Electric being selected due to their competitive pricing and proven track record. The city is currently about 15% complete with the conversion from traditional sodium lights to LED.

Another significant item was the approval of a sanitary sewer lining program, which aims to extend the life of existing infrastructure without the need for extensive excavation. National Power Rodding was awarded the contract based on their low bid.

The committee also moved forward with a resolution to borrow funds for the interconnection of Well Number 8, which is crucial for addressing the city's water capacity needs. This project is part of a broader strategy to enhance the city's water supply system.
