Hamilton County signs five-year lease with University of Tennessee for Crowley Building

Hamilton County officials have taken a significant step to enhance community services by approving a five-year lease agreement with the University of Tennessee (UTC) for office and community function space at the J. Merle Crowley Building in Chattanooga.
