He emphasized that the previous land deal was not comparable, as the land at Vavra Park was never intended for sale.

Following the discussions, Council member Miss Hans moved to approve the resolution for the property purchase, which was seconded by Council member Miss Shodridge. The motion passed unanimously with an 8-0 vote.
