Roswell residents question SEER's financial accountability at city council meeting

The council clarified that this salary is a pass-through cost, meaning SEER does not retain any portion of it. The COO reports directly to the CEO of the city, who in turn reports to the mayor and council.

The discussion underscored the need for improved financial reporting and record-keeping practices. Goldsmith pointed out discrepancies in reported expenditures, suggesting that the city should enhance its transparency regarding budget management.
