Bethlehem Council approves fireworks contract with Garden State Fireworks for 2025

Bethlehem City Council has taken significant steps to enhance community celebrations and public spaces during their recent meeting on April 2, 2025. The council approved a resolution to contract with Garden State Fireworks Incorporated for the Fourth of July fireworks display in 2025, ensuring a vibrant celebration for residents. The resolution, sponsored by Council members Colon and Kwiatak, passed with a vote of 6-1, with only Kwiatak opposing the measure.

In addition to the fireworks, the council also authorized an agreement with Grace Industries Incorporated for improvements at Friendship Park. This initiative aims to enhance the park's facilities, providing better recreational opportunities for the community.
