Tiverton reviews Longplex expansion including sports complex and hotel development plans

The Tiverton Planning Board convened on April 1, 2025, to discuss three significant development projects that promise to reshape the local landscape and enhance community amenities. The proposals, which include a sports complex, a car storage facility, and a hotel, are set to be located in the Timberland Industrial Park, an area designated for industrial use.

The first project is a proposed 99,000 square foot sports complex, which will feature two ice rinks, twelve pickleball courts, a restaurant, and a driving range.
