Resident raises concerns over Dominion Energy easement and ongoing local development

Commission members acknowledged the concerns, noting that while they are aware of Dominion Energy's easement, they are not directly involved in the utility's expansion plans. One member assured the resident, "We can certainly work with the property owner and get more information for him," indicating a willingness to assist in clarifying the situation.

The discussion highlighted the importance of communication between utility companies, property owners, and the city, especially as development continues to reshape the community. The Planning Commission committed to investigating the easement issues further, promising to keep the affected residents informed as more information becomes available.
