San Bernardino City Council approves $45M bonds for Arrowhead Grove Phase 4 housing project

A motion to approve the bond issuance was made and seconded, leading to a unanimous vote in favor.

The council's decision marks a significant step forward in the development of Arrowhead Grove Phase 4, which will also include a community center and various social services aimed at benefiting local residents. The total cost of the entire development, including previous phases, is estimated at $135.5 million, with the city having previously funded earlier phases.
