Chef Matthew Noisen plans new menu for Zola's Cafe in community-focused space

Matthew Noisen, the chef and owner of Zola's Cafe, proudly shared his journey at the recent Auburn Business Spotlight meeting. Having owned the cafe for five years, Noisen transitioned from a 15-year career in fine dining and corporate kitchens to create a welcoming space for the community just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
