Norwich partners unveil ambitious Globe and Performing Arts Center project plan

They believe that a larger facility in Norwich could create a similar "tsunami of economic development."

Financially, the project aims to raise approximately $37.5 million through impact investments, allowing investors to receive returns over a ten-year period. The leaders are keen to begin fundraising and construction as soon as they secure community backing.
