These will consist of eight two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom units, with at least one of the two-bedroom units designed to be handicap accessible. A playground area is also planned, emphasizing the community's focus on family-friendly environments.
The layout of the development has been carefully designed, with clear access points and sidewalks to ensure safety and convenience for residents. The Housing Authority office and a clinic will be located nearby, further supporting the community's infrastructure.

As construction progresses, residents can look forward to improved housing opportunities that cater to diverse needs within the community.
