Mayor Zwolan proclaims April 2025 Fair Housing Month in Modesto

This year, the city celebrates the 57th anniversary of the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968, a landmark legislation that outlawed discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
