Commission addresses Ashton Estates development and school impact concerns

Kuna City’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on April 8, 2025, highlighted critical discussions surrounding the development of Ashton Estates, a new residential project expected to add approximately 400 homes to the area. A significant concern raised by commission members was the limited access to the development, which currently has only one point of exit for emergency services.
