It includes a Minor Use Permit, Design Review, and requests for waivers under the State Density Bonus Law. The facility will feature a two-story building encompassing 99,109 square feet, offering 65 assisted living units and 28 memory care units, totaling 93 units with 109 beds. The design also incorporates essential amenities such as kitchens, dining areas, outdoor patios, and a central courtyard.
