A separate request involved a blown 36-inch tile in DD 149 (Section 24 of Woolstock Township) located just north of the fence line between the Lendly Trust and landowner Darwin Jacobson; staff said they had photos and mapped the location.

Courtney Morris Strange said she had discussed enforcement options with the joint drainage attorney, Eric Eady, and that Eady recommended drafting a letter to landowners reminding them they are responsible for damage to drainage district tile and open ditches if they remove pipe or otherwise alter outlets. For a separate request by a landowner to pattern-tile an area west of the Agribusiness Park and outlet into a joint district open ditch, staff told the board the landowner must pursue annexation into the district or consider creating a new small district; staff said the county would draft a letter to clarify annexation steps.

Trustees approved the DD36 televising work order and closed the drainage session. The drainage minutes and approved work orders will be posted on the county website as noted in the meeting record.
